  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records standard web server information — the IP address that requested a page, the browser user-agent, the requested URL, and the response status — for a short retention window used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
  • Telephone calls. If you call the office, standard telephone metadata (calling number, call duration, timestamp) is captured by our telephone service provider. Call content is not recorded unless you are informed at the start of the call.

How We Use Information
